A DTF (Direct to Film) transfer is a full-color heat transfer that allows you to print vibrant designs onto garments using a heat press. It’s suitable for cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics.
2. What is a DTF gang sheet?
A gang sheet is a large transfer sheet that includes multiple designs arranged together. It helps maximize print space and reduce cost, perfect for resellers and small brands.
3. What kind of artwork do you accept?
We recommend 300 DPI PNG files with a transparent background. Please size your designs as you want them printed. For best results, use CMYK color format.
4. Can I build my own DTF gang sheet?
Yes! Use our Build Your Own Gang Sheet tool to customize your layout and maximize sheet space before checkout.
5. Can I upload a pre-made gang sheet?
Absolutely. If you’ve already created your gang sheet, just use our Upload Ready Gang Sheet option.
6. How fast is your turnaround time?
Standard orders are processed in 1–2 business days. For same-day or rush orders, contact us directly before placing your order.
7. Do you offer local pickup in Louisiana?
Yes! Local customers can pick up their orders at our Broussard, LA location. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and wait for a ready-for-pickup email.
8. Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship DTF gang sheets and transfers anywhere in the United States with tracking provided. Most orders arrive within 2–4 business days.
9. What are your gang sheet sizes?
We offer gang sheets in sizes like 22" x 24", 22" x 36", 22" x 48", and more — up to 22" x 120". Choose what best fits your needs.
10. What temperature and time should I press my DTF transfers?
Press at 280°F–300°F for 5-10 seconds
Use medium to firm pressure
Hot peel the film
Repress for 5 seconds with a Teflon sheet for added durability
11. Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes! If you're a business, brand, or print shop, we offer bulk rates. Please contact us to get started.
12. Do you have minimum order requirements?
No minimums required! Order as little as one gang sheet or scale up for bulk production — whatever fits your business.
13. What if there’s an issue with my order?
If there’s a problem with your print, email us at info@perfectdtftransfers.com within 48 hours with photos and order details. We’ll make it right.
14. Can you help me design or format my gang sheet?
Yes! If you need help preparing or formatting your gang sheet, our design support team is happy to assist. Reach out before uploading your file.
