Customers are fully responsible for submitting:

• Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided production has not started.

• Once your order is in production, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or edited.

• Perfect DTF Transfers is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• Tracking numbers are provided via email once orders ship.

Due to the custom nature of DTF printing, all sales are final.
We only offer reprints or refunds for:

• Damaged items during shipping

• Printing errors caused by our team
