📦 Order Processing Time

• All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may be processed the next business day.

• Rush or same-day service may be available upon request — contact us before ordering.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Each package is shipped from our facility in Broussard, Louisiana, with tracking provided once your order is dispatched.

📫 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update after the carrier has picked up the package.

If you haven't received tracking after 2 business days, please contact us at info@perfectdtftransfers.com.

🚫 Shipping Delays or Errors

While we process orders quickly, Perfect DTF Transfers is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by the shipping carrier (weather, holidays, etc.)

• Lost or stolen packages after marked as “Delivered”

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

🔁 Returns Due to Wrong Address

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship it once the correct address is confirmed. Additional shipping charges may apply.

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please email us at info@perfectdtftransfers.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the package and the damaged items so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
