At Perfect DTF Transfers, we take pride in providing high-quality DTF gang sheet transfers and custom DTF printing services that meet your expectations. Every order is carefully inspected before shipping, but if there’s ever an issue, we’re here to help.

📦 All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Once your order is printed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

This applies to all:

• Custom DTF gang sheets

• Uploaded gang sheet files

• Printed transfers

• Specialty orders

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Transfers

If you receive an order that is damaged, defective, or has a printing issue caused by our production process, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• A clear photo of the full gang sheet

• A photo of the issue (smudges, missing colors, etc.)

• Your order number

• A brief description of the problem

We will inspect the issue and reprint or refund the affected item(s) if the error was on our part.

🎨 Artwork Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring:

• The artwork is 300 DPI and correctly sized

• The background is transparent (for PNG files)

• The file is properly formatted and uploaded

We do not offer refunds for issues related to low-resolution images, incorrect sizing, or poor-quality artwork provided by the customer.

If you're unsure about your file, please contact us before ordering for guidance.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Custom printed gang sheets

• Used or pressed DTF transfers

• Orders placed in error

• Customer dissatisfaction due to design choices

⏱️ Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of placing them if production has not yet started. After that point, your custom file is in queue for printing and cannot be changed or refunded.

📦 Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

• Shipping delays caused by the carrier

• Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
